New FeaturePlatform

Member 360° profiles in Admin Center

Search any member in the Admin Center and get one unified view: moderation cases and status, XP level and rank, invite stats, Helpdesk and ticket history, plus recent team and mod activity — no more jumping between modules.

New FeatureBot

Helpdesk quick-reply macros

Define canned replies with placeholders ({user}, {ticket}, {category}, …), optional per-category scope, and live preview. Staff insert macros in the dashboard ticket chat or send them with /macro in Discord — then edit before posting if needed.

Bug FixPlatform

Staff ranks & promotion channel no longer reset

Saving other server settings (accent, timezone, dashboard access, or bot branding) could accidentally wipe Admin Center staff ranks and the team announcement channel. Settings now merge correctly so your team configuration persists.

Branded banners on key messages

Welcome, goodbye, boost, birthday, ticket & helpdesk panels, voice hub channels and feedback messages now ship with polished default Lio banners — so they look great out of the box. Each banner is just a default: set your own banner in the Embed Editor and it takes over instantly.

New FeatureBot

Message activity analytics

The Analytics dashboard now shows real server activity: messages per day, a weekly heatmap (weekday × hour), the busiest hours and your top channels — plus trend pills that compare each metric to the previous period. It's built privacy-first (only counts are stored, never message content) and fully buffered in the bot so even high-traffic servers stay fast.

Bug FixBot

/leaderboard works again

Fixed the /leaderboard command that was failing with a generic error. An internal API route ordering issue made the bot receive single-user stats instead of the ranking, which crashed the command. The leaderboard now reliably shows the top XP earners, and the command was hardened so backend hiccups can never crash it again.

New FeatureBot

New /help command for everyone

Lio now has a global /help command that anyone can run. It shows a clean overview of the commands every member can use — leveling & economy, utility and fun — and links straight to the dashboard, documentation and the invite link. Works in servers and DMs, replies privately so it never clutters the channel.

New FeatureBot

Exclusive reaction-role groups & XP admin tools

Reaction-role buttons can now be grouped so picking one automatically removes the others — perfect for single-choice pickers like colours, regions or pronouns. Select menus gained an exclusive mode for the same effect. Admins also get new /xpadmin set and /xpadmin reset commands to fix levels or wipe progress without touching the database.

ImprovementBot

Helpdesk, birthdays & automation polish

A round of fixes and upgrades across the newest modules: dashboard ticket replies now always send as a clean Components-V2 embed with the member's avatar as a thumbnail and an @mention, plus an emoji picker and a clearer edit flow. The birthday list posts once and updates in place (one entry per member, sorted by date) and can be re-sent from the dashboard. Social feeds (RSS/Reddit/YouTube/X/Instagram) are now visible and editable in Streamer & Social, auto-reactions can be added again, the rank-card preview matches the bot pixel-for-pixel, /leaderboard works, and saving an automation now shows clear feedback.

ImprovementPlatform

Smoother, more accessible dashboard

The dashboard got a round of polish: consistent skeleton loaders instead of plain text while data loads, clear error states with retry on Helpdesk and Admin Center, confirmation dialogs in place of browser pop-ups, and wide tables that fold into tidy cards on mobile — including a phone-friendly activity heatmap. Plus better keyboard and screen-reader support across modals and icon buttons.

ImprovementBot

Anti-spam auto-delete, true-to-bot rank preview & ticket emojis

Three quality-of-life fixes: Automod anti-spam gets an on/off toggle to automatically delete the messages of a detected spam burst (on top of the timeout). The rank-card live preview is now drawn on a real canvas that mirrors the bot's renderer 1:1, so the dashboard looks exactly like the /rank image. And custom Discord emojis in the Helpdesk ticket view now render as actual emoji images instead of raw :name: codes.

Verification: post the panel from the dashboard + Embed Creator V2

You can now post the verification panel straight from the dashboard with one click — no slash command needed — and fully design it with the Components V2 Embed Creator (title, text, images, colours, custom footer). The verify button is added automatically, and re-posting cleanly replaces the previous panel.

PremiumBot

Tebex shop integration (multi-store)

Connect one or more Tebex stores to your server and pull live sales, revenue and recent purchases with /tebex. Each store's secret key is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM in a dedicated vault — the dashboard only ever shows whether a secret is set plus its last 4 characters, never the key itself. Add, test and manage stores right from the module page.

ImprovementBot

Streamer & social feeds, now one module

Live alerts and social feeds live in one place now: the renamed 'Streamer & Social' module bundles Twitch/YouTube/Kick go-live pings, the creator hub panel and RSS/Reddit/YouTube/X/Instagram feeds. Feeds get a structured editor (type, source, channel) and — new — X (Twitter) and Instagram work by username: set a feed template once (your RSS-bridge/Nitter instance with {user}) and just type the handle. Existing standalone feeds keep running unchanged.

New FeatureBot

Visual rank card editor with live preview

Design the /rank level card right in the dashboard with an instant live preview. Pick the accent (server colour or a custom hex), a background image or a custom gradient, overlay darkness, text colours, rounded or flat progress bar, and toggle the avatar ring. Everything saves as part of your XP settings — no image hosting required.

ImprovementWebsite

Redesigned landing page

The lio.gg landing page got a cinematic refresh: a bigger, motion-driven hero with an interactive 3D dashboard preview, a scrolling module marquee, alternating feature showcases with live mini-mockups, a clear 'three steps' onboarding section, and community testimonials — all with smooth scroll reveals. The signature Lio look (yellow accent, Sora type, dark theme) stays front and centre.

New modules: Verification gate & Anti-Raid protection

Two new safety modules. Verification posts a custom embed with a button and an optional captcha (math challenge or type-a-code), with a configurable expiry, and grants a verified role on success — use /verifypanel to post it. Anti-Raid adds a join-gate that blocks accounts younger than your minimum age, automatic raid detection that locks the server down (or kicks/bans) when a join wave hits your threshold, alert messages, and a manual /lockdown on|off command.

ImprovementBot & Website

UI/UX polish — simpler embed creator, mobile nav & cleaner bot messages

The embed/panel creator is now a single guided form with numbered steps instead of separate tabs, so it's much easier to follow, and every text field (title, body, footer) now has an emoji picker for Unicode, server and Lio emojis. The marketing site got a mobile navigation drawer, skip-to-content link, clear keyboard focus rings, and we fixed the promo banner overlapping the header. Bot panels (suggestions, bug reports, voice hubs, applications) use the modern Components-V2 layout, error messages are now translated to your server language, and duplicate/missing footers on giveaway and abmeldung panels are fixed.

New FeatureBot

Per-category ping & access roles for tickets

The normal ticket system now supports per-category roles like the Helpdesk: pick which roles get pinged when a ticket opens in a category, and restrict who can see and manage that category's ticket channels — only those roles (plus the opener and bot) get access, instead of the global support roles. Configure both per category in the ticket settings.

New FeatureWebsite

Stripe billing — checkout, portal & plan limits

Upgrade to Plus or Premium from the billing center via Stripe Checkout and manage subscriptions in the customer portal. Free accounts are limited to one server in the dashboard; Plus/Premium unlock more. Platform owners can assign plans manually in the admin panel.

New FeatureBot

New module: Social & Feeds (RSS, Reddit, YouTube & more)

Follow RSS feeds, subreddits and YouTube channels and have new entries posted automatically into a channel of your choice — with a clean embed and a direct link. X (Twitter) and Instagram are supported via RSS-bridge/Nitter URLs. The number of feeds scales with your plan: Free 1, Plus 5, Premium 20.

New FeatureBot

Automations: scheduled & recurring flows (Schedule trigger)

The Automations 'Schedule' trigger is now fully wired. Build a flow that runs on a recurring schedule — every N minutes, daily, weekly (pick a weekday) or monthly (pick a day) at a set time — to auto-post announcements, reminders or any flow action without anyone lifting a finger. Schedules sync automatically when you publish, edit, disable or delete the flow, powered by the shared scheduler.

New FeatureBot

New modules: Reaction Roles & Sticky Roles

Two classic role tools arrive. Reaction Roles lets members self-assign roles by reacting to a message with an emoji (unicode or custom) — map emoji→role in the dashboard and run /reactionrole sync to add the reactions. Sticky Roles remembers a member's roles when they leave and automatically restores them when they rejoin, with an exclude list for roles you don't want carried over.

New FeatureBot

New modules: Reminders (/remindme) & Birthdays

Members can now set personal reminders with /remindme — pick a time like 10m, 2h, 1d or 1w and an optional repeat (daily/weekly/monthly); the bot pings you when it's due, powered by the shared scheduler. The new Birthdays module lets members store their birthday with /birthday, and the bot announces birthdays at your chosen hour with a custom message and an optional birthday role that's granted for the day and removed afterwards.

New FeatureBot

Moderation & safety suite: /purge, /nuke, warn escalation & smarter AutoMod

A big moderation upgrade: /purge bulk-deletes recent messages with filters (user, bots, humans, attachments, links, embeds, contains text) and /nuke recreates a channel cleanly — both with clear permission errors. A new warn-escalation ladder auto-applies timeouts, kicks or bans once a member hits your warning thresholds. AutoMod now also catches mass-mentions, excessive CAPS, emoji spam, zalgo/glitch text, duplicate messages and attachment floods. Plus you can manage Discord's native AutoMod rules (keywords, mention spam, spam preset) straight from the dashboard and push them live with /automod sync.

New FeatureBot

Leveling upgrade: voice XP, multipliers & image rank cards

The Economy module levels up. Members now earn XP for time spent in voice channels (with options to skip muted/deafened or solo users and to exclude specific channels). New XP multipliers let you boost XP per role or per channel, and no-XP roles plus no-XP channels give you full control over where XP is earned. And the new /rank command renders a clean MEE6-style rank card image with avatar, level, server rank and a progress bar — with an optional custom background banner you set per server.

New FeatureBot

Helpdesk gains the full ticket toolkit

The Helpdesk now has every power-feature from the normal ticket system: let the creator close their own ticket, a configurable claim button so staff can take over via the embed, restrict the channel to creator + assignee after a claim, a custom claim message, custom channel names with {category}, {username}, {userid}, {ticketId} and {categoryId} placeholders, and transcripts on close that are DM'd to the creator and archived. Configure it all under Helpdesk → Team → Ticket behaviour.

New FeatureBot

New modules: Starboard, Counting & AFK

Three community engagement classics arrive. Starboard automatically reposts messages that reach a star-reaction threshold into a highlight channel (configurable emoji & count). Counting turns a channel into a collaborative count-up game with ✅/❌ feedback and an optional reset on mistakes. The AFK system lets members set an away status with /afk — the bot replies when someone pings them and clears the status on their next message.

PremiumBot

Custom embed footer that replaces the Lio watermark

Premium servers can now set a custom footer that fully replaces the Lio watermark instead of adding a second line. Set one footer in Customize Bot and it applies automatically across every embed creator and bot message; the per-embed footer field in the creator works the same way. When a subscription expires the Lio watermark comes back automatically.

New FeatureBot

New module: Channel Automation (auto-reactions & auto-publish)

Automate your channels: add one or more emojis that the bot automatically reacts with on every new message in chosen channels (great for suggestion, gallery or vote channels), and pick announcement channels where new posts are automatically published (crossposted) to all following servers.
