Dashboard Guide

Everything you can do from lio.gg/dashboard for a single Discord server.

Configuring a module

Each module is split into sections (Channel, Permissions, Direct message, etc.). Fields include channel pickers, role multi-select, toggles, numbers, and text areas.

Placeholders like {user}, {server}, {memberCount} are replaced when the bot sends messages.

Unsaved changes show a warning — click Save to persist. Disabling a module stops the bot from handling its events but keeps your config.

Tip

Use search and category chips on the Modules page to find features quickly.

CV2 embed drafts (Plus / Premium)

Plus and Premium unlock custom Components V2 panel drafts on supported modules: Welcome, Tickets, RP, Absences, Streamer hub, Lager, XP shop, and others.

Use Edit embed in the module config or the Embed Creator. The bot injects dynamic parts (buttons, lists) around your draft.

Use default embed reverts to the built-in layout without deleting your draft.

Who can use the dashboard?

By default, only members with Discord's Manage Server permission can open the dashboard for a guild.

In Settings → Trusted administrators you can also allow specific people or roles to configure Lio without full server admin rights.

Global embed color

Settings → Embed color applies an accent to module embeds and panels that support theming.

Individual CV2 drafts can override colors inside the designer.

Helpdesk (Plus feature)

Helpdesk lives in the main sidebar — not under Modules. Sub-pages: Overview (ticket list), Stats, Leaderboard, Staff (team activity), Settings.

Settings are grouped in five tabs: Basics, Team & channels, Voice support, Extra tools, and Rules — with a setup checklist at the top.

Toast notifications confirm saves and panel reposts. Destructive actions (e.g. remove category) use styled confirmation dialogs instead of browser popups.

  • Overview — filter tickets by status; links open Discord channels manually.
  • Staff — activity log for claims, replies, notes, and punch-clock sessions.
  • Settings — Save settings persists all tabs at once; repost panel refreshes the Discord message.
Tip

Full Helpdesk documentation is in Documentation → Helpdesk under Support.

Saving and feedback

Module config pages warn on unsaved changes. Helpdesk Settings uses toast notifications for success and error feedback after save or repost.

Confirmation dialogs match the dashboard design for destructive actions.
